Rural Japanese grater brush
Toshinobu Takamitsu
A uniquely woven grater brush, traditionally paired with copper graters to help direct grated ginger, garlic or citrus zest without running the risk of injury to your fingers. The brush is woven by Japanese artisan Toshinobu Takamitsu. After learning traditional blacksmith techniques in America, he came back to Japan to start "Open Studio" where he produces metal works and handwoven brooms for fireplaces.
