Minka Trillium dish
Tomii Takashi
A special commissioned dish inspired by the shape of Ontario's provincial flower, the Trillium.
This three petaled flower grows in the woodland throughout Ontario. It has a special protection and is illegal to pick or disrupt them.
This dish is handmade by Japanese wood artisan Tomii Takashi. The dish is made from cherry wood and finished with a white urushi lacquer.
